Purchasing wholesale products does not transfer ownership of the manufacturer’s or brand owner’s trademarks, copyrights, patents, product images, or other intellectual property.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product listings, advertisements, photographs, brand names, or marketing materials they use are authorized.
